These Terms apply to all users of SpaceSynk, including administrators, staff, and invited collaborators.

SpaceSynk provides room, event, operations, and display management features. Service availability may evolve as product capabilities are updated.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all actions under your account.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Trial periods, billing cycles, and plan limits are shown during checkout.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform stability.

You retain ownership of your operational data. You grant us rights necessary to host, process, and display it in order to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is basis and liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months before the claim.
